Homemade Ginger Tea

Ginger tea is a delicious way to start your morning and tea lovers everywhere can enjoy! Ginger is great for weight loss and flushing impurities from the body. It also helps with nausea, gas, lowering cholesterol, arthritis and so much more. Not to mention, you can save yourself money by making your own tea instead of store bought! I drink it in the morning, after lunch and occasionally after dinner.

Ingredients:

2 tsp of powdered ginger (or 2 inches of garlic)

4 cups of water

1 lemon

8 tsp. of honey (most recipes use 1-2, however that does NOTHING for me 😂)

1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar

Boil all ingredients together for about 10 minutes and enjoy! I like pulp so I used a spoon to scoop some out of my lemon into my tea! I also will occasionally add Yogi Roasted Dandelion Spice Detox tea bag for an extra kick! 😋 With any recipe, you can add more or less of any ingredient to your tasting…you know I do!!! Lol
